You are invited to participate in a research survey about your perception on your country, government and competition. You will receive no direct benefits from participating in this study, but your responses will help us provide more accurate, meaningful and actionable advice for governments in the future. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you are free to withdraw at any time without penalty. You may also decline to answer any question you do not wish to answer for any reason. There are no known risks or discomforts involved in participating in this study.
The purpose of this survey is to collect data about: a) citizens’ perception on their governments’ efforts and performances in different policy areas, b) citizens’ trust on their governments, and c) citizens’ perception on the level of competition within their social groups and countries. Your responses to the following 12 questions will be used for scholarly purposes only and kept strictly confidential. The data from this study will be provided to other researchers in government and policy research as well as researchers in this study.
Further, any publications or presentations of this study that is made available to the public will not include your name or any other individual information by which you could be identified.
