Professor Bouckaert Geert, who is currently a professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and a member of Public Governance Insititue at KU Leuven University, visited GSPA as an invited speaker. 

Professor Geert gave a lecture about reforming public sector reform, emphasizing why future government should build governance through developing trust and community.
