Today, Professor Kris Hartley from the Education University of Hong Kong visited GCC and gave valuable lecture on public policy. The presentation consisted of two parts: 1) Part 1- defining problems the 20th century way 2) Part 2- defining problems the 21st century way. He centered on knowledge "in" and "of" problems, which gave us a genuine insight to today's policy demands as well as desirable solutions.
